We can't say enough wonderful things about the Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Hospital. Our dog, Bandit, is currently there for CCL surgery, and the care, compassion, and professionalism we've experienced have been exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff has treated Bandit as if he were their own. They have taken the time to explain everything, answer all of our questions, and make us feel comfortable during a very stressful time. Knowing Bandit is in such caring and capable hands has given our family tremendous peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful to the veterinarians, technicians, and support staff for the outstanding care they provide every day. We highly recommend the Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Hospital to anyone who wants the very best care for their pet. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our Bandit!

All of our visits and inactions with staff have been above par. Everyone there so far has been amazing and so accommodating. Always available to answer questions and quick to respond to any and all concerns or questions. Everyone Helped reassure my very hesitant and scare baby that she was okay and that how she was feeling was okay. Staff took the time she needed to adjust and allowed me to hold her while they drew blood and gave her a shot. Afterwards she was so much more calm and relaxed then she was at previous visits to other places. Pricing as well here is so much more affordable and I don’t feel like the bill was being padded. Thank you for everything all of you do there.

My cat broke his leg very badly and I am so glad we brought him to VECC. They took great care of him and were very flexible with us. He needed several cast changes and follow up appoints after his surgery. Every time they worked with us around our schedule and were very reasonably priced. Despite breaking his leg VERY badly, he has made a full recovery and is back to his regular self. I will also note that he is a Savannah Cat and they did well with his quirks and had prior experience with Savannahs.

Brought my pup in for a cut on his leg that required stitches. Everyone I met here was kind and compassionate and treated my baby like their own. We were out of there in under 2 hours with everything he needed to recover and they let me pick his bandage. I recommend the chickens and I highly recommend them and I will be calling them again if I need to! Thanks for all the great care ladies

Very professional and detailed. Explained all options and risks. Saved one of my dogs who needed emergency bladder stone removal. Badly impacted. Few months later Buddy ran pug race and won. My dog Maggie is doing well after surgery. Thanks to Dr Lister and the team.

This emergency veterinary center is remarkable. In the middle of the night last week my kitty cat, Nacho, went into cardiac arrest at home. He showed no signs of illness leading up to this moment and I found my way to this clinic for emergency treatment at 4am. The check in person could not have been kinder or calmer. Dr. Josh immediately diagnosed Nacho after testing and explained everything in kind and understandable terms. Nacho had unexpectedly reached the end of his life and this clinic did all the right things to move him through the process. This experience was calm, caring and dignified. Thank you Dr. Josh.

Dr. Chambers and team were absolutely incredible! We came in with our highly Reactive dog (very difficult patient) after a porcupine incident and they triaged and treated her with amazing care while working/communicating with us. Highly Recommend

I have used the VECC for a long time and I have always been very happy with how they have cared for my animals. Not only the care, but also the fact that they listen to you and respond to help the current situation. I was referred to a different specialist and chose VECC with Dr Lister instead and I’m so happy I did. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions.
